Images	Western blot analysis of lysates from K562, Raji cell line (from left to right), using HCLS1 Antibody (C-term)( APR16674G). APR16674G was diluted at 1:1000 at each lane. A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:5000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane. HCLS1 Antibody (C-term) (Cat. APR16674G) western blot analysis in MDA-MB231 cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the HCLS1 antibody detected the HCLS1 protein (arrow). HCLS1 Antibody (C-term) (APR16674G)immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human spleen tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining.This data demonstrates the use of HCLS1 Antibody (C-term) for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
