Recognizes and binds phosphorylated sites/phosphodegrons within target proteins and thereafter bring them to the SCF complex for ubiquitination. Identified substrates include cyclin-E, MYC, NOTCH1 released notch intracellular domain (NICD), and probably PSEN1.
