Images	Anti-IGH Antibody (C-Term) at 1:1000 dilution + A2058 whole cell lysate Lysates/proteins at 20 μg per lane. Secondary Goat Anti-Rabbit IgG, (H+L), Peroxidase conjugated at 1/10000 dilution. Predicted band size : 38 kDa Blocking/Dilution buffer: 5% NFDM/TBST. Western blot analysis of IGH Antibody (C-Term) (Cat. APR06121G) in HL-60, A2058 cell line lysates (35ug/lane). IGH (arrow) was detected using the purified Pab. Formalin-fixed and paraffin-embedded human skin reacted with IGH Antibody (C-Term), which was peroxidase-conjugated to the secondary antibody, followed by DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of this antibody for immunohistochemistry; clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
