A goat anti-rabbit IgG H&L(HRP) at 1:10000 dilution was used as the secondary antibody. Lysates at 35ug per lane. DIRAS3 Antibody (Cat. APR05688G) western blot analysis in WiDr cell line lysates (35ug/lane).This demonstrates the DIRAS3 antibody detected the DIRAS3 protein (arrow). DIRAS3 Antibody (Cat. APR05688G) immunohistochemistry analysis in formalin fixed and paraffin embedded human brain tissue followed by peroxidase conjugation of the secondary antibody and DAB staining. This data demonstrates the use of the DIRAS3 Antibody for immunohistochemistry. Clinical relevance has not been evaluated.
