This product is suitable for extracting free DNA from serum/plasma in small doses. This kit USES centrifuge adsorption column that can specifically bind nucleic acid and unique buffer system. After sample cracking, DNA binds to silica gel film under high salt condition, and DNA is eluted from silica gel film at low salt and high pH value.
