This kit is used for the small amount purification of Plasmid DNA. The kit uses alkali cracking method to lyse cells, combined with silicon matrix membrane technology, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, rapid and convenient. Use this kit can maximum limit to remove impurity proteins and other organic compounds in the cells, can be from 1 to 5 ml LB culture medium overnight in the culture of bacteria liquid purified plasmid DNA with high purity, without phenol extraction, ethanol precipitation steps, and has high purity, can be directly used for conversion, DNA sequence analysis, restriction enzyme digestion, connection, and so on all kinds of enzymatic reaction.

Storage & Stability |
The kit can be stored at room temperature (15-25 °C). When the temperature is low, PB2 solution will precipitate. Heat it at 37 °C until the precipitate disappears before use. Rnase A was added to solution PB1 and stored at 4 °C for about 12 months. Rnase A can be stored at room temperature (15-25 °C) for 6 months, and long-term storage at -20 °C.
