Storage & Stability |
The kit can be stored at room temperature (15-25 °C). When the temperature is low, PB2 solution will precipitate. Heat it at 37 °C until the precipitate disappears before use. After adding Rnse A to solution PB1, it can be stored at 4 °C for about 12 months. Rnase A can be stored at room temperature (15-25 °C) for 6 months, and long-term storage at -20 °C.
