Introduction

Canines are often used as animal models for vicious infection, inflammation and autoimmune diseases, especially some digestive system diseases. Based on rich experimental experience and technology accumulation of phage display, Leading Biology, with experience of large scale elutriation screening of high affinity dog mAb, has successfully established an immunization antibody library against several antigens. The antibodies prepared can be widely used in the biomedical field.

In some cases,  due to some special reasons for the antigen itself, for example, immunogenicity or toxicity, it is difficult for the antibody to prepare the immune pathway, at this time, our knowledge accumulation plays an important role in dog antibody preparation, by construction of the antibody light and heavy chain frame structure and site modification of specific antigens, achieve the fully artificial production of antibodies. But this method involves the prediction of the spatial structure of the antigen and antibody configuration, the implement difficultly and the technical requirements are very high.

4. After immunization, we would check the titer, if titer reaches standard, collect the spleen, if not, end the experiment;

5. Before the antibody library construction program start, we would charge at least 50% of the total price, after the program finished, pay off the rest amount of money.
