The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing NADPH oxidase 1 The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the EK00804E kit is based on NADPH oxidase 1 antibody-NADPH oxidase 1 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect NADPH oxidase 1 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, recombinant, NADPH oxidase 1. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted human body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV (%).

NOH-1S is a voltage-gated proton channel that mediates the H(+) currents of resting phagocytes and other tissues. It participates in the regulation of cellular pH and is blocked by zinc. NOH-1L is a pyridine nucleotide-dependent oxidoreductase that generates superoxide and might conduct H(+) ions as part of its electron transport mechanism, whereas NOH-1S does not contain an electron transport chain.
