EK00147E is a ready-to-use microwell, strip plate ELISA (enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay) Kit for analyzing the presence of the A Disintegrin and Metalloprotease 30 (C-C motif chemokine 19) ELISA Kit target analytes in biological samples. The concentration gradients of the kit standards or positive controls render a theoretical kit detection range in biological research samples containing C-C motif chemokine 19 The ELISA analytical biochemical technique of the EK00147E kit is based on C-C motif chemokine 19 antibody-C-C motif chemokine 19 antigen interactions (immunosorbency) and an HRP colorimetric detection system to detect C-C motif chemokine 19 antigen targets in samples. The ELISA Kit is designed to detect native, recombinant, C-C motif chemokine 19. Appropriate sample types may include undiluted human body fluids and/or tissue homogenates, secretions. Quality control assays assessing reproducibility identified the intra-assay CV (%) and inter-assay CV (%).

Function |
May play a role not only in inflammatory and immunological responses but also in normal lymphocyte recirculation and homing. May play an important role in trafficking of T-cells in thymus, and T-cell and B-cell migration to secondary lymphoid organs. Binds to chemokine receptor CCR7. Recombinant CCL19 shows potent chemotactic activity for T-cells and B-cells but not for granulocytes and monocytes. Binds to atypical chemokine receptor ACKR4 and mediates the recruitment of beta-arrestin (ARRB1/2) to ACKR4.
