Kofu HiFi Amplification Mix is a novel premix of high fidelity PCR Amplification, and is applicable to PCR Amplification of high-throughput sequencing libraries. It has high amplification efficiency, wide template adaptability and high fidelity, which is 100 times of common Taq enzyme. With carefully optimized response buffering, high-throughput sequencing libraries can be amplified with low bias, high efficiency and high stability. This product contains all the components needed for PCR amplification. It is easy to use by adding template primers. Special protectants are also included to maintain a stable activity after long-term storage or repeated freezing and thawing. The amplification product is flat end, which can be directly used for flat end cloning.
