AB HS Probe qPCR Mix measures the amount of nucleic acid in the sample by measuring the amount of fluorescence. In the amplification process of adding fluorescent probes (TaqMan or Molecular Beacon, etc. ) into the PCR system, the amount of fluorescence is proportional to the amount of amplification products. This product contains new antibody modified thermal starter enzyme, optimized buffer, dNTPs, PCR enhancer, stabilizer. The concentration of this product is 2x . When used, template, primer, probe and water are added to make the working concentration of this product 1x , which can be used for reaction.
