Exosome is a membranous vesicle secreted by living cells with a diameter of 30-150nm, which naturally exists in the body fluids of living organisms, including blood, urine, saliva, cerebrospinal fluid, emulsion, etc. Exosome carries cell solute proteins, smRNA, various metabolic enzymes, etc. , which are involved in the regulation of various cell functions and are expected to become early diagnostic markers of various diseases. Recent studies have found that exosomes can also transport nucleic acids, participate in intercellular communication, material exchange and information exchange between cells, affect the physiological state of cells, and are closely related to the occurrence and progress of various diseases. Exosome has become a hotspot in drug carrier transport, tumor biology and gene regulation research.
Exosome Isolation Regent is used for efficient, rapid and convenient extraction of Exosome from plasma, cell culture supernatant, urine and tissue fluid. A large number of intact exosomes can be obtained from the sample by simple operation and conventional centrifuge. Compared with the traditional hypervelocity centrifugation method, Exosome Isolation Regent extraction is more efficient and saves time and samples. The extracted Exosome can be used in Western Bloting, qPCR, functional verification, Elisa and other follow-up experiments.
