The kit uses highly specific magnetic beads to absorb RNA and is equipped with a unique buffer system to isolate and purify high quality genomic RNA from animal cells or tissues.
High-specificity magnetic beads have a strong affinity for nucleic acids under certain conditions, and changing the buffer system enables the magnetic beads to release nucleic acids, thereby achieving the effect of rapidly and efficiently separating and purifying nucleic acids.
Organic reagents such as phenol and chloroform are not involved in the whole extraction process, which is safe and efficient.
The extracted RNA is highly pure and free of protein and DNA contamination.
