PCR array is based on the method of fluorescence quantitative PCR and all primers are tested. It has advantages of simple principles, reliable results and good compatibility. The change of a certain disease, signal pathway or biological function related 84 or 372 important genes expression level could be detected quantitatively on a 96-well or 384-well plate simultaneously(others are comparison sample wells). PCR array could analyze a certain disease, signal pathway or biological process related genes expression quantitatively at one time.
