Introduciton

siRNA synthesis chemically is the most simple method to silence genes in organisms or cells. It has the advantages of low cost and high transfection efficiency and it is the best way in RNAi clinical treatment. It has an irreplaceable advantage in drug development. The siRNA products synthesized chemically by us are all purified through HPLC method to remove remaining single-strand RNA completely. Just dilute with matched buffer solution could we carry out following experiments.

1.Normal siRNA

Normal siRNA product could act on target gene mRNA directly. Please perform real-time quantitative PCR once you receive the products to ensure the change of target mRNA expression level, and confirm whether the siRNA product is effective.

2.Chemically modified siRNA

Chemically modified siRNA could solve the stability problem of siRNA in transfection. We provide multiple siRNA chemical modification, mainly contains 2’-hydroxyl methylation modification, phosphoric acid phosphorothioated oligos, fluorinated modification, etc.

3.Fluorescence-labeled siRNA

We have advanced siRNA chemosynthetic core technology which could label fluorescence on 4 terminals of siRNA double strand. A labeled siRNA could be followed through a flow cytometer, fluorescence microscope, laser confocal microscope, etc. The transfection process is visual, making transfection condition optimized easily and could determine siRNA subcellular localization, and analyze the relation between transfection and protein down-regulated expression by tracing the transfection process (see details in RNA synthesis modification and labeling).

If the suppression effect of our product can’t reach to 70%, we could design and synthesize for you again for free; Store at 2-8 ℃ is preferred; Avoid repeated freezing and thawing; Fluorescence-labeled siRNA products must keep in dark place.
