How are IgG antibodies produced?

Date: 2020-03-26 Author: Leading Biology Click: 524

The titer and yield of recombinant antibody production have dramatically increased in the last couple of decades, which is directly correlated to demand for therapeutic antibodies. With a package of licensed cell line and expression vectors and a unique and extremely efficient transfection reagent, we can continue to push results to a new level.

Cell Line: HEK293, CHO (in serum-free, suspension culture)

Expression method: Transient, with special transfection reagent.

Yield: Up to 500 mg/liter

Saving animals: If you have a hybridoma cell, we can retrieve the antibody gene and produce the antibody in mammalian cells. This allows you to get to know your antibody, while it's preserved as stable DNA or digital sequence data.
