Introduction

There are two ways to obtain genes. The first is getting nucleic acids (genomic DNA or mRNA) in organisms through PCR and RT-PCR. But some genes couldn’t be obtained because of samples and templates, etc. The second is artificial chemical synthesis.

Customers provide:

Fill in a gene synthesis order form, provide gene name, length, cloning vectors, cloning sites, vector length, vector resistance, gene sequence or protein sequence, etc.

Delivery products:

A portion of general vector plasmids containing target gene (no less than 1 μg); A portion of glycerin stored bacteria containing the plasmid above.

Delivery reports:

An electronic edition of original sequencing report; A gene synthesis report.

Notes:

Gene synthesis vector defaults to pUC series and pBlueScript series. If other vectors were used, please provide corresponding vectors and background information (such as plasmid size, resistance, copy number, maps and so on), and pay according to the difficulty level of clone;

Once the service agreement is signed, the gene sequence couldn’t be changed optionally; 5-7 working days would be increased in addition to each clone vector be added and charged accordingly.
