Nevertheless, I was thinking more of a commercial kit with Cas9 protein, which you directly transfect to cells among with the sgRNA. These systems provide the oportunity to test sgRNA prior to transfection using PCR product as template, so that you are sure about sgRNA efficiency without transfection.
